Bilingual Crisis Counselor/Case Manager
The purpose of this position is to provide delivery of coordinated, effective case management and crisis services for victims of domestic violence and sexual violence. In addition the position will include responding to lethality assessments conducted by first responders, supportive counseling, efiling, immigration assistance, provision of basic needs, and information and referral to individuals and families who have  experienced or are experiencing domestic or sexual violence in order to promote long-term self-sufficiency and healing. This position will serve all victims and survivors, but will focus on the needs of Spanish-speaking clients.

Child Welfare Domestic Violence Counselor/Case Manager
This position is part of the Personal and Economic Empowerment staff which provides direct services and support to victims of domestic violence with special emphasis with victims of domestic violence who have an open case with the Wake County Human Services Child Welfare divisions.  This position will split time between the InterAct office and the Wake County Department of Human Services.  The Child Welfare Counselor/Case Manager will be a liaison between the Wake County Human Services Child Welfare and InterAct staff.

Counselor/Case Manager

The incumbent works in partnership with the Development Team to provide key support  to the Development Office, participating in all administrative aspects of fund development activities including donor relations, prospecting, direct mail appeals, and special events.  This position is responsible for gift processing, recording and acknowledgement, reconciliation of donor records with finance department, coordinating the development calendars and producing data reports necessary to monitor and drive all fund development activities.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Development and Communications Officer is a member of the Resource Development Team. e-Filing Crisis Counselor
The purpose of this position is to provide supportive, trauma-informed crisis response (including but not limited to lethality assessment, safety planning, and support for domestic violence protective order preparation) to individuals impacted by domestic and/or sexual violence who reach out to InterAct for services (through crisis lines, walk-ins, appointments, out-of-county referral), and provide appropriate resources and referrals to meet the needs of individuals and families in crisis. In addition, this position will coordinate e-Filing services to every client seeking relief in district civil court and assist clients with the preparation of Domestic Violence Protective Orders as needed and submit paperwork to the court.

Evening Crisis Line Coordinator
This position will focus on the needs of all crisis line callers that call into InterAct’s 24-hour crisis hotline. This involves serving as an in-office counselor between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm Monday through Friday, specifically but not limited to answering crisis calls. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to lethality assessments, emergency shelter intakes, supportive counseling, advocacy and data entry.

Youth Services Coordinator
The purpose of this position is to coordinate youth services at InterAct including, but not limited to, the Youth Education Services (YES) school-based violence prevention program, the joint InterAct/SAFEChild MOVE (Mothers Overcoming Violence through Education and Empowerment) Group, as well as additional children’s activities and services as needed for the agency.  The Youth Services Coordinator spends a portion of her/his time in Wake County Public Schools and in the community at large, a portion of her/his time scheduling the YES classes and agency children’s groups, and a portion  of her/his time facilitating these programs and groups.
