Raleigh welcomes the Family Justice Center Alliance on November 27, 2018 for a Family Justice Center Community Meeting and Study Tour.  This community meeting will begin the planning process for a Family Justice Center to help survivors of family violence and their families get the resources and support needed at one location – bringing together police officers, prosecutors, advocates,  attorneys, community volunteers, and many others.

The Family Justice Center Alliance, a program of Alliance for HOPE International, is conducting a Family Justice Center Study Tour as we begin discussions about an improved Family Justice/Multi-Agency Center response in Wake County.

InterAct is serving as the convening organization for this exciting conversation on how to improve our prevention and intervention work with families experiencing domestic and sexual violence.

The Study Tour visit helps to identify the strengths of our community in our existing collaborative responses, and opportunities for technical assistance and training as we look at ways to build on our community’s powerful history of effective work over the years.
